All animals will remain the property of us until paid for in full, I accept cash, cheques, I also accept PayPal but will require and additional 4% surcharge as that’s what it costs me, all funds ( i.e. cheques & paypal ) must be cleared before I will allow the animal to be handed over. To secure any animal I require a 10% deposit which will hold your animal for an agreed amount of time , if its for a longer period ,then a higher deposit will be asked for , all deposits are non refundable unless I cannot fulfil the agreement.
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding on defrosts unless otherwise agreed before hand. Many thanks, Penfold's Reptiles
