Methods of delivery include Royal Mail , Interlink Express and TNT.
Due to the complicated nature of delivery legislation relating to live and frozen foods certain products may only be available by one form of carrier. Your options will be presented to you at checkout but before payment.
Livefoods can be sent via Royal Mail but if you order Livefoods and a combination of other goods than your order might be split as shown on your shipping selection during checkout.
For orders that do not include live or frozen foods then orders can be despatched by Interlink Express at a cost of £6.00 up to 10 kilos and 26p per kilo thereafter. Interlink Express will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for their parcel.
When Interlink Express deliver for you:
• You will be given a one hour delivery window
• You are notified of this by text or email
• If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date.
Please note that if you choose Royal Mail for delivery then no tracking information or delivery time slot notification is available and Royal Mail do not consider a parcel missing until 15 working days has elapsed, so we would be unable to assist you until this time period has passed.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product; The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, please click on the returns tab at the bottom of the page. Fill out and submit the returns form, this will be submitted to the relevant department for processing. You will then be notified via e-mail or telephone as to the status of your request.
Livefoods and frozen goods may not be returned under this policy as the products are liable to deteriorate within the period set out in the sections above;
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product) we will not refund or exchange the product. We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
